Undead
::I own nothing and make nothing from it:: Damn it...
A new day has dawned on Capsule Corp. The birds chirped, singing to the world at their excitement to be alive. In fact, all the animals have entered this morning with the joy of a new beginning. For all the humans were dead. The world was theirs to rule, to own, and to do with what they please. There would be no wars or slow pollution to deteriorate the air in which their souls depended on. It was a wild world, a wild earth.
And the only cognizant being that dared to disturb the piece was the last living human…but he was not human. Not entirely. More human than the creatures that feared the daylight; creatures that seemed burst to flames and bleed out when the ultraviolet rays kissed their sickly pale skin. Tortured screams of the unfortunate demons who were now staving for flesh and bone and hadn’t the strength to crawl back into darkness.
What a future to look forward to. The earth belonged to the animals now. They had a better time defending themselves, let alone the ability to procreate. One cannot make more…not by himself. And he was by himself. The only reason they let him be, was that he was one of them. Well, not entirely. The Demi had been bitten many months prior to the extinction of man, but hadn’t turned… not entirely. Conventional food wouldn’t stay down. Meat. Raw, bloody, fresh meat he craved and would hunt until the relentless hunger was quenched like a drowning man begs for oxygen.
Sayjin hunger, human emotion, savage teeth and pale skin that seemed to redden at the hint of sunlight. Redden, but not burn. Oh he was not one of them. His eyes were theirs, his skin showed resemblance, but he was not of them. They had landed, infected, plagued, and now dominated the dwindled species that was once known as man. Now, they were just as doomed as they were when they landed. The aliens that infected the survivors of the android holocaust hadn’t anticipated the lone warrior that stood watch over the blue-green planet that seemed to beg for trouble.
Their ships were destroyed, but they survived. But they were trapped. The general idea was to travel to a planet, feed, and leave once there was nothing to feed from. Brilliant explosions, triggered from a flying being inhibited the idea of escape. Leaving them trapped on the planet to feed and infect, until the whole of humanity turned to gnashing, clawing, screeching devils that were now starved beyond cognitive though and reason.
With a dark hooded sweat shirt and matching pants, the fair haired Sayjin bid farewell to his fallen world. His world that he sacrificed everything for. It belonged to the animals now. The creatures were trapped here and would soon die off.
Mirai looked out the glass of HOPE behind the shadow of fabric to his domed home and bid a silent adieu. With a flash of light, the inconceivable occurred. Mirai, traveled through time…again. This time to ensure the security of the world he sacrificed everything to keep safe from the horrors the universe thought proper to plague humanity with.
Touching down into the green grass, the damned soul left the pod to rest onto the green grass of Capsule Corp. Warmth crawled over his skin from the peaceful Ki’s of every living creature in the surrounding area, not to mention the burning sunlight of a mid-summers afternoon. Demanding the attention of his feet, Mirai moved his way to the front entrance of the large building. Pausing for a moment to gather his wits, he pounded on the door.
Silence greeted his hungry hears, until faint footsteps were finally heard. The door creaked open, an average height man whose features demanded respect, peered at the older version of his son at the door.
‘Ohayou Otousan’ Mirai No Trunks greeted with a flash of his white and unusually sharp canines. ‘may I come in?’
