Author’s Notes: in this chapter bulma learns that there is a bit more to just being a saiyan than meets the eye.
Chapter Two: You don’t know
The next morning Bulma began work on building a gravity room of her own. She wanted to be strong enough to fight with her friends instead of being left behind. Not only that she wanted Vegeta to think she was worthy enough to admit that he liked her.
“Woman make me food!” she heard from the kitchen. She wasn’t sure whether Vegeta meant her or her mother. Her mother was horrified by her tail and the thought of her fighting but she was glad to have her back. Bulma went to the kitchen to investigate.
Vegeta was there shouting as Mrs. Briefs hurried around the kitchen making a rather large breakfast.
“Don’t shout at her you moron!” Bulma snapped. “Would it kill you to just ask nicely?!”
“The Prince of all Saiyans does not ask for anything!” he growled back.
“Prince of how many Saiyan’s exactly? All what four of us you moron?” she smirked at him.
“So that’s what you did.” Vegeta replied. “I thought as much. Well then woman you will bow to your prince.” Bulma turned her nose up at him.
“You will never be my Prince.” She said, coldly. Vegeta moved to the table where Mrs. Briefs was filling plates. Bulma followed and they both sat eating and glaring at each other.
“My,My. Bulma you have got an appetite on you now.” Mrs. Briefs said, placing another plate in front of her. “You’re almost as bad as Vegeta.”
“Mum I’m going out. I’ll be back in time for lunch though OK?” Bulma said, still glaring at Vegeta.
“OK dear. Have a nice time.” Mrs Briefs smiled.
With that Bulma got up and left.
It wasn’t until a few hours later that Vegeta felt Bulma’s ki returning to Capsule Corp. And she was stronger. He growling and hit his training bot harder smashing it into several pieces. This annoyed him even more so he punched it again sending it flying through the wall of the gravity room.
“VEGETA!!!” Bulma shouted seeing the wall of the gravity room go flying. “You bastard I am not fixing that for you!”
“Yes you are!” Vegeta snapped. “You will do as your Prince tells you to.” The stupid woman must have been pushing all the wrong buttons because he did something he swore he would never do. Bulma was suddenly on her knees crying out from pain, without him touching her. Vegeta shuddered, remembering the times his father had done it to him and stopped. Bulma was gasping from breath. She looked up at him, genuinely scared of him for the first time.
“What did you do?” she asked.
“You wanted to be a saiyan? Well done, you got your wish and everything that goes with it.” Vegeta smirked. “I am of Royal blood. I can make you do what I want. I can force any Saiyan to do what I want.”
“Why haven’t you used that before? When you fight against Goku...you’ve never done it.” Bulma asked, getting slowly up off the ground.
“It’s a cowards way out.” Vegeta muttered. “When I defeat that stupid lower class Saiyan it will be because I am stronger not because of some stupid parlour trick!” Bulma just nodded.
“But you used it then.” She said sadly.
“To prove a point.” He smirked. “You were foolish to take on being a Saiyan so lightly. You don’t know the history, culture...you don’t know anything about what you’ve become.”
“Then tell me.” She said.
“Maybe.” He said. He seemed torn. She could tell he wanted the chance to go on and on about his race, but he didn’t want to appear soft on her now. “When I am less busy. Fix my machine or I will use yours.”
“No.” Bulma replied firmly. “I’ll make you a deal. You help me train and I’ll fix it right now.” Before he could interrupt she continued. “I don’t mean all the time. Just an hour a day maybe, to make sure I’m going in the right direction. I can get Goku to train with me to...it’s just you’re here so...”
“Fix my machine and I’ll think about it.” Vegeta replied. “I can’t guarantee you everyday.” With that he walked off.
Bulma sighed, what was going on with them? We they friends now? She wasn’t sure. Unfortunately the attraction she felt towards him was even stronger now and although she could see he liked her physically even more now also he still hadn’t admitted it. She smirked to herself. She could change that. Maybe a little seduction was in order.
That evening
Vegeta lay in his bed. All he could think about was the woman. He found it easy to resist her before despite the attraction he had felt towards her...now it was impossible. That tail. It looked at soft and seductive.
She was still very much the same woman she was before just stronger. He had always admired her a little for not being scared of him, for standing up to him. She had such a fiery temperament she reminded him of some of the saiyan women he had met a long time ago.
He smirked. He couldn’t wait until the full moon hit. Little did she know what happened to females under the full moon. He couldn’t wait to make it hell for her.
Author’s notes: hope you’re not too disappointed with the story so far.
