Chapter 32




“Ma hey I will call you back later okay?”
“What no! We’ve only begun! How can you leave your mother like this!?! You didn’t call me for over six months and now you just want to hang up on me!?” Once again she began to bawl, making the raven hair sigh.
“I promise I will call you back later today, I really need to go okay?”
“Fine I understand, I love you kitten.”
“Yeah.”
“Say it.”
“Ma there is someone with me at the moment.”
“You’re ashamed of your dear mother!?” She began to cry once more.
“Ma! Ma! I love you too!”
“I love you too kitten. I will talk to you later then. Kisses!”

With that they both hung up and the raven hair sighed. He placed the phone back on the desk and looked over at the dual hair.
“Your mother?”
“Yeah…she is kind of emotional at times.”
“I made you some lunch.” He walked over and set the tray on Rei’s lap.
“Thanks.” He blushed and reached for the spoon, but Kai got it before him. He grabbed a spoonful of the hot soup and began to blow on it, he then moved the spoon in front of Rei’s mouth waiting for the raven hair to take it. The raven hair shyly opened his mouth and took in the spoon. The dual hair pulled the spoon back and grabbed another spoonful, he handed it to Rei who once again took it.
Thirty minutes have passed and Kai was placing the tray on the desk, he handed the raven hair a glass of water and some pills.
“Here.”
Rei looked up and reached for the pills, he placed them in his mouth and gulped down the water. The dual hair took the glass and set it on the desk as well, he sat back down and placed his hand on the side of Rei’s face.
“Now get some sleep, tonight we can have a private dance practice okay?”
“A…alright” He felt his face go hot and soon he had a steak of red on the bridge of his nose. Kai smirked and leaned in, he captured Rei’s lips in a soft and passionate kiss, running his tongue on the raven hair’s lower lip and then nipping it, making Rei give out a small moan. The dual hair pulled away and stared at the blushing raven hair, he smirked and ruffled Rei’s hair.
“You really are an idiot.”
The raven hair glared at him. “Why the hell does everyone call me that?”
“Cause you are one.”
“Tch! You were the one who started calling me that.”
“Oh so sitting under the rain is a smart thing to do?”
“Okay so that was stupid! But after hearing about you leaving I” He quickly clamped his mouth with his hands and looked at the dual hair with shock. Kai stood up and grabbed the tray, he made his way toward the door but stood here with his back facing the raven hair.
“Get some rest” With that he walked out, leaving an upset Rei in bed.
‘Why can’t he just come right up and say it?’ He ran his hand through his hair and sighed, he flopped down and closed his eyes.



Brooklyn was standing in front of the stage watching as a bunch of crew men were brining in a mess of props and lights.
“Hey.”
The orange hair turned around and saw a smiling Garland behind him.
“Hi. So how was your trip?”
“Great. I got to meet with the two new artists I am going to work with for their new album release.”
“Who are they?”
“Well they both are from Korea so at the moment they are huge in Japan, but they are Rain AKA BI and Seven.”
“Hey congratulations.”
“Thanks. I just hope I do good for their new videos.”
“Hey you did a great job with their first albums. So I am positive you will make another great performance.”
“Thanks buddy.”
“It’s the truth.” He smiled at the taller man who in return gave him one.
“Oh guess who is coming to see the new performance?”
“Who?”
“Gravity.”
“Who?”
“You never heard of Gravity?”
“No.”
“Get out!”
“No I’m serious.”
“They are the most popular dancers in all of China and Asia! They are also my teachers.”
“Really?”
“Yep. That couple taught me all I needed to know in this business, I invited them over, they are excited to see their son perform one of my productions.”
“Son?”
“Yeah that clumsy kid Rei.”
“He is THEIR son?”
“Yup, so I invited them over. So Brook I’m counting on you to get that kid into shape for this production.”
“You know I will.”
“Thanks, this will be his biggest performance, after that I might just take him with me.”
Brooklyn looked at Garland in surprise.
“This is what his parents want for him, so I am only doing them the favor.”





“No fucking way! Damn are you alright?” Takao looked at his friend with sheer horror.
“Relax Tyson, Kai came on time. Thanks to you as well.” He smiled at the bluenette.
“Maybe you should tell security what happened.” Mihaeru looked over at the raven hair with a concern look.
“It’s alright, next time I won’t be stupid to sit under the rain like that.”
“Why were you out in the rain anyways?” Takao laid back and glanced over at Rei who now had a sad expression.
“Rei?” The light blond placed his hand on the raven hair’s shoulder.
“I just got upset…”
“For what?” Takao moved rolled to his side and rested himself on his elbow to get a better view of Rei.
“I found out Kai is moving to Europe, he was accepted there by one of the most popular and well know university.” He lowered his head and clutched the blankets.
“Are you afraid about a long distant relationship?” The light blond looked at the upset raven hair.
“Or maybe cause you won’t have any sex.”
“Tyson!” Mihaeru glared at his lover.
“Sorry…”
“It’s not that, I’m upset that he isn’t telling me. I heard it from that creep Boris, Julia and Brooklyn, but not from him. He avoids it or tells me it’s a lie. So the thing that upsets me is that he is the one lying and just using me for sex until he finally leaves.”
The couple both looked at each other with sad looks then back at Rei. Takao placed his hand over the raven hair’s hand. Rei looked over at the bluenette and saw him with a smile.
“Don’t worry, he will tell you the truth sooner or later.”
“You think?”
“He might be a jerk and asshole at times, but seeing the way he always cares for you, I know he wouldn’t do anything so low as to use you. When I told him that you were about to get raped, he freaked out, he didn’t show it but his eyes told another thing. They were filled with rage and also worry, and right there I knew that he truly does care for you Rei.”
“Really?”
“Yup, why would I lie to you? And if he does leave then you better know that I am going to kick his ass.” He laughed making the raven hair laugh with him.
“After last time? I sure hope it is you who beats him badly.”
All three began to laugh together, without any of them know Kai was standing outside of the room leaning against the wall. He heard the whole conversation, he pulled away and headed out into the living room.
The dual hair walked over to the kitchen and began to fill the kettle with water.
“Hey Kai.”
He glanced over and saw Mihaeru walking in, the dual hair turned his attention back to the kettle turning the water off and setting it on the stove.
The light blond sat on one of the stoles and looked at Kai.
“So is it true?”
“What?”
“That you are leaving here and moving to Europe?”
Kai didn’t reply he just began to wash the dirty dishes in the sink.
“I don’t want to be nosy and all, but I think you should really tell Rei the truth, I know it isn’t any of my business.”
“Then leave me alone.”
“I am only concern about him. Kai I know of Wyatt…Takao told me about him.”
“That idiot has a big mouth.”
“Are you afraid that you might lose Rei just like you lost Wyatt?” He continued to look at the dual hair’s back waiting for a reply. “What happened to him wasn’t your fault you know that.”
“Stop it.”
“Things happen, but that was in the past so why are you going to make Rei suffer due to it?”
“I said stop it!” Kai smashed a glass cup onto the floor, He gripped onto the counter and slumped his shoulders. The bluenette came into the kitchen to see what happened and saw the broken glass on the floor.
“Hey what happened?”
“Kai…I really don’t know you all that well, but the only one thing I do know of you is that you really care for Rei. You can pretend that you don’t, but I know this is tearing you inside.”
“Get out.” He whispered.
“Don’t let him go on like this, don’t let him suffer don’t bring him down, if you hurt him then he might quit his dream and will regret ever coming here.”
“I said get out!” He turned around and looked at the light blond with pure rage in his eyes.
“Come on babe.” Takao grabbed Mihaeru by the arm and they both walked over to the door.
“Don’t lose him Kai. Don’t lose Rei like you lost Wyatt.” With that they both stepped out.
The dual hair watched the door and soon slumped onto the floor, he pressed his hand on his forehead and ran it through his hair.

Kai as sitting on the edge of the raven hair’s bed, he was running his hand over Rei’s hair and smiled as he saw the raven hair fidget. He leaned down and lightly kissed the sleeping boy on the cheek. He sat back up and looked down once more at Rei.
He stood from the bed and headed out of the bedroom, he walked over to the entertainment system and there he began to scan through his CDs, he pulled one out and placed it into the CD player. He walked over to the black couch and sat down, soon the song began to play. It was ‘Heaven’s Not Enough’ composed by Yoko Kanno and performed by Steve Conte.

Rei cuddled closer into the dual hair and gave out a small sigh. Kai rested his head on the raven hair’s head and soon he felt tears once more forming in his eyes.

Ah what a way to continue ya? Anyways at least it isn’t a dramatic continuation right? Aw I made Kai cry…T_T Anyways sorry if this chapter seemed lame and sappy but don’t worry next one will be way better. Rei’s parents are coming and so is Salima!
