Chapter 5

One, nothing wrong with me

Two, nothing wrong with me

One, something's got to give

Two, something's got to give

Three, something's got to give

Now!

Let the bodies hit the floor

Let the bodies hit the floor

Let the bodies hit the floor

Let the bodies hit the floor*

“How long has he been in there by now?” Yamcha shouted at Bulma. They were standing in front of the door to the GR and the volume of the music coming from inside made it necessary to shout.

“Six hours.” She raised her hands and held up six fingers to indicate the number.

Yamcha sighed and they both turned away and started walking away from the source of the music.

“He must be really pissed off. Last time I heard that song as loud as that was.....when was it again?”

“When he had nearly drowned in the lake during a spar with Goku. You remember, Goku had knocked him out and then saved his life.” answered Bulma  after thinking for a moment.

“Oh, yeah, he was pissed off back then. I can still hear him: ‘How dare that baka pull me from the water!’” Yamcha tried to mimic the tone of voice Vegeta used when he was furious, but didn’t really succeed.

“I have no idea why that man has to make such a fuzz about anything like that!” Bulma sat down on the couch in the living room.

“It’s because of that pride of his. Goku told me that unless Vegeta starts to accept that he sometimes has to abandon his pride a bit, he will never find true happiness.” Yamcha looked at Bulma and she just nodded to his words.

Let the bodies hit the floor

Skin to skin, blood and bone

You're all by yourself but you're not alone

You wanted in and now you're here

Driven by hate, consumed by fear

Let the bodies hit the floor

Let the bodies hit the floor

Let the bodies hit the floor

The force of the blow made the whole room shake. Vegeta had just shattered another bot into pieces. Sweat was dripping from his body and all muscles were screaming at him. Heavily panting he stopped for a moment, trying to collect himself.

He was still angry, after so many hours of training. Nothing had changed. How dared Kakarot do something like that? Who did the baka think he was? To treat the Prince of All Saiyajin like this! And why could he still feel Kakarot’s lips on his? With a loud roar he fired a blast of Ki at another bot and then collapsed onto the floor.

---------------------------------

Four days. Four days had passed since he had last seen Kakarot and his rage still hadn’t died down. But it had shifted.

Now Vegeta was more furious with himself. How could he have allowed Kakarot to have his way with him? And why could he not stop thinking about the soft hands on his skin, the kiss and that special tone of voice he had never before heard from Kakarot?

“Have I told you that Chichi and Goku are not living together anymore?” Bulma asked him, her head in the fridge, searching for something. Vegeta had come to the kitchen after taking a shower after workout and was now sitting at the table, drinking coffee.

“Hmpf. You haven’t.”

“Well, it seems like Goku has decided to move out three days ago, now that Gohan is at college and Goten is off to boarding school with Trunks. He said he would still send her money, but he would not come home anymore. I wonder were he is staying now, after he has made up his mind.”

“Took him long enough to leave the harpy.” Vegeta said gruffly, sounding perfectly uninterested, but inside his mind was buzzing. Vegeta knew exactly where Kakarot was living now. He had seen the place. And Vegeta also knew why Kakarot had left the harpy. He had told him four days ago.

“I’ll go and get some more training.” he said and left the kitchen.

Bulma pulled her head from the fridge and looked after him. “But you just had finished!” She received no answer.

---------------

There he was again, standing on the gallery, watching the people dance, or whatever they were doing down there. Vegeta had no idea why he had dressed in those clothes again or why he had flown all the way to the club. But he was here again. But not for Kakarot. No, he was here just out of curiosity, just to find out why people spend so much money here.

He was watching a young well built black haired man sitting at the bar right now. Next to the barstool knelt another man, maybe in his fourties, with a collar around his neck. The younger man didn’t pay him much attention, he was flirting with the barkeeper. But every now and then the kneeling man placed a soft kiss on the other’s knee or rubbed gently against his leg. And each time he got a slap with a riding crop for it.

Vegeta was not in any way opposed to treat others like vermin, he even found it highly amusing at times. He could almost see himself in the position of the one holding the crop. But what puzzled him was that the kneeling one’s cock seemed to grow harder each time he got slapped. Was that supposed to happen?

Suddenly his sensitive ears picked up voices behind him. Two men were standing a short distance away from him, down the gallery, and were talking to each other.

“That must be him. The one with the flame-shaped hair.”

“Yes, I think you are right. I wonder what’s so special about him? Kakarot usually doesn’t allow people in his private rooms. And he seems to be a bugai-sha, too.”

“I tell you, I have no idea, but Kyande said that he saw this guy in Kakarot’s bedroom, for sure.”

The word bugai-sha stung in Vegeta’s ears. An outsider. What was that supposed to mean? His eyes traveled warily over the people at the bar again.

And then he almost froze up. There was Kakarot! He was sitting in an armchair in one of the alcoves close to the bar and looked ravishing. His blonde hair stood up almost as straight as Vegeta’s own, the strands that fell into his face hiding his eyes in the shadows. Vegeta narrowed his eyes as he noticed a man kneeling next to Kakarot, looking up at him with sheepish adoration in his eyes. Kakarot’s hand was absent-mindedly running through the man’s hair as he watched the dancing crowd.

Vegeta felt a strange pand in his stomach. Was that guy paying Kakarot for his time? Or did Kakarot just play around? Or did he like the man in the end?

Suddenly Kakarot pulled the man’s head upwards and kissed his lips. The kiss wasn’t broken for almost a full minute. Vegeta stared at them, his body began to shake, his hands balled into fists. That was so disgusting! Kakarot kissing that pathetic human like this. Something lurched inside his stomach. He turned on the spot and almost ran out of the club.

Kakarot’s eyes darted upwards as he felt Vegeta’s Ki flare up. Kakarot jumped to his feet, throwing the man off him and to the floor, as Vegeta left the club.

“Fuck!” Kakarot swore.

AN: Thank you for your reviews and sorry it took me some time to update, but during the week I'm often rather busy. I'm already working on the next chapter and I hope to give some lemons to you then!

*AN: The lyrics in this chapter are from the song "Let the bodies hit the floor" by Drowning Pool, which I neither own nor did write, but like very much.
