OMG!!! I am sooooooo sorry for the long wait. But a lot of things have been going on and well still going on and I just never have time to sit and think about the rest of the story. I feel like I am losing my touch. =(
Hopefully it is still good after this chapter, doubt it though.

Chapter 58


The raven hair lost his grip and dropped fast causing him to grab a hold of the ledge, he did not have the strength to lift himself up, his body was just to weak due to the abuse it went through also going through a real workout climbing down.


“Shit!” Rei cried to himself as he struggled, his arms were burning as he tried real hard to pull himself back up.


“Fuck…Rei!” Kai ran inside the hotel shoving everyone who got in his way.


“Kai!” the red head called out as he saw his friend disappear inside the building.


Sirens were heard howling over the city as the police and firefighters raced down to the situation.


“Rei hang on the firemen are coming!!! Hang in there!” Tala called out hoping the raven hair would hear him.

Rei of course wasn’t able to hear the red head through the crowd; the women were busy screaming while men yelled hard trying to get the boy not to end his life.


He tried to glance down—of course trying to look down wasn’t smart as he felt himself slipping again. ‘Fuck’ he muttered in thought as he kicked his feet trying to push himself up.


“What wouldn’t I give to be Bruce Willis in Die Hard?” Rei tried to joke, hoping he can relax and eventually pull himself up.


He slowly began to lift himself up inching up on he edge slowly. He was feeling relieved as he got more of the ledge under him. He could do it.

Kai ran up the stairs like a mad man, he needed to reach the raven hair quickly or else he will lose him. No he did not want that he could not lose Rei, he already lost one person he is not ready to lose someone else he loved so much.


He stormed up those stairs constantly repeating, “Hold on Rei! Please hold on a little bit longer” his breath was deep and heavy, his heart pounding hard against his chest, sweat began to form as he continued racing up the flight of stairs.


Level 9 he needed 4 more levels until he got to the 13th floor, he wished he was faster he wished he took the elevator. There was no more time to wish he needed to act he had to push the thoughts away. Rei was strong he will be all right he will be there when he reaches the floor.

Rei gave out a huge breath of relief and he was able to crawl up the ledge. ‘Thank goodness it is a wide ledge’ he thought to himself as he rested there catching his breath and allowing his heart do the same thing.

Sweat drenched his face; he wasn’t even sure why he was doing such a stupid stunt. He should have just fought everyone in the hotel and ran out the first room. Do a whole movie scene inside, not like being outside wasn’t a scene from a movie either.

If he survive this he swear he will never do anything stupid, maybe he should just go back home. This was ridiculous he never imagined moving down the states would be such a dramatic and scary experience. Maybe he should have listened to his parents. They did warn him that the states were no place for a young boy like himself. Like the time his mother told him about the real evil and scary women who lurked the streets at night and lured men in to get all their money.


‘Okay seriously mom, evil scary women?’ he shook his head as that thought came.


Rei decided that trying to climb down a huge tall building was stupid. He decided to fight everyone off! He slowly stood leaning his body against the wall slowly walking to the side near the first window. Taking in a deep breath he took a small step forward and opened the window. Or so he tried.

‘Damn locked. Okay window number two’ again he slid to the side heading towards the second window.

Kai slammed trough the emergency doors and made his way down the hallway. He finally arrived on the 13th floor he just needed to find the room closest to where the raven hair was.


“Rei! Rei can you hear me!” He began screaming. ‘Where were the guests? They didn’t see a raven hair idiot climbing by their window?’

“Hang on son we are on our way up! Please stay where you are!” a fireman called out as he was slowly being lifted up on the cherry picker making his way towards where Rei was.


The viewers watch in horror as the cherry picker slowly made its way to towards where the raven hair was. They gave out small gasps as they saw Rei moving around on the dangerous ledge, feeling, as he would fall to his death.

Rei ignored the man that made his way towards him. He needed to get inside and just run for it. He did not want to end up on the evening news or worse in jail. He rather fight his way inside and see the sick man who got him in this situation thrown in jail.


He finally reached a window and slowly and carefully began to open it up. Success! It wasn’t locked. He lifted it all the way up and was about to climb in when suddenly his foot slipped and he lost balanced.


Screams were heard as the crowd saw the raven hair slipping.


“REI!!!!!!” Tala screamed in horror as he saw the other boy falling from the ledge.


Rei felt his heart stop. The whole world went quiet and slowly his saw himself falling back away from the window. This wasn’t happening to him. His mind screamed, visions of his family, friends his entire life began to play before his eyes. Was this really happening?


“Idiot!”


A hard tug forward snapped Rei back into reality. In front of him was an angry looking Kai, sweat dripping down his face his breath was deep and heavy as he ran a marathon.
The raven hair looked to his right arm and saw that the dual hair had a tight grip on it.


“Kai…but how?”


“Shut up! Pull yourself up! Your not a light person!” He gave a smirk, or tried too.


This would have been the part where Rei would have snapped back at him. Of course there was no time for that. In fact he was so happy in seeing the bastard. If he wasn’t in the situation he was in at the moment he would have probably been bawling like a little girl at the moment.


With what little strength Rei had left he reached for Kai’s arm with his free had and began to pull himself up. The two fell inside.


The crowd all gave a sigh of relief. Tala stared up with a huge smile.


“Son of a bitch he made it…thank goodness” He whispered to himself.

Inside the bedroom Rei was toppled on top of the dual hair. His eyes closed, his arms wrapped tightly around the dual hair. He could hear the heart beat of the one underneath him. It was beating so rapidly.
Kai just lay with his back on the carpeted floor; he stared at the golden ceiling admiring the chandelier that hung above them. The embrace began to slowly calm his heart down.
He was grateful.


“Did I scare you?” The raven hair whispered, his head still resting on the strong chest underneath him.


Kai took in a deep breath and let out the sigh of relief. “You really are an idiot”


The raven hair only smiled and hugged him tighter. The sirens were still heard even from inside the room. The two did not seem to hear it, to them the world seemed to stop and they were only surrounded but silence and each other. It felt wonderful.

“Tyson, Mihaeru!!” A panicked Spanish boy screamed as he pounded at the door.


“Whoa Raul what’s up?” Tyson was the one who greeted the panicked Spanish boy.


“Rei was kidnapped! Boris he..he!”

“What!?!” The bluenette interrupted, “When then hell did you hear this? Why are we barely notified now!?”


“Tala and Kai just found out, they are at one of Boris’ hotels right now.”


“Then what the fuck are we waiting for? Come on we have to get over there and kill that bastard!” Tyson quickly pushed Raul aside and ran off.


“What about Mihaeru?” he called out after the running bluenette


“Working! Now come on!”

Tala grabbed the raven hair into a tight embrace. “I knew you were stupid! But this was plain out suicide! You lucky bastard.” He gave a small chuckle.

Rei just smiled. He was too tired to argue back or even defend himself.


“Come with us Mr. Kon.” A paramedic placed his hand on top of the raven hair’s shoulder and pulled him away from the hug.


They walked over towards the ambulance that was parked and waiting to take the boy to the hospital to get him checked over. The red hair gave a smile and waved at Rei who turned back.


“We’ll meet you there!” The red head called out.


The crowd slowly began to fade away as the police moved them along, questioning them about the situation and getting down enough information to let them know exactly what happened.


An officer was questioning Boris near the front of the hotel. Kai made his way over there to find out the truth as well. The dual hair in truth wanted to just wrap his hands around his neck and strangle the guy to death, he wanted to run him over with one of the patrol cars, just beat him to death, he wanted to pound his skull hard onto the cement floor. Of course the cops were there so the platinum hair was lucky.

“ So exactly what happened here? Was that kid some sort of mental case?” the mad looked at the other young man in front of him.

“Officer honesty I have no idea what that boy was thinking. In fact I do not believe he was a guest in our hotel. He has no record of even renting a room.” He spoke calmly not even affected by the situation.


“You sure about that sir?”


“I give you my word and also my staff will tell you the same thing. They have not seen that boy at all. It is a real mystery to us as well, not to mention bad publicity.” He gave a slight chuckle.


“You liar.”


The two turned and saw the dual hair standing there with a look o fury in his eyes.


“Sir please we will get to you in a bit.” The officer pointed towards where the other cops were doing the questioning.


“He is lying. I know this son of a bitch officer and I give you my word that he knows exactly what happened.”


The platinum hair stared at Kai with an annoyed look. “I have no idea who this man is. Now if we are finished here I have an important meeting that I do not wish to be late for.”


“AH yes of course, we will call you if we have anymore questions”


“He kidnapped Rei! He kidnapped him and had him locked up here for over a week!” his voice became louder.


The cop looked at the dual hair and his gaze went back to look at the platinum hair who just continued staring at Kai in anger. “Is this true Mr. Boris?”


“Honestly! How dare you come here and accuse me of such a ridiculous crime! If that were true do you think my staff would allow such a thing? I am pretty sure they would have reported it to the police.” He gave a small smile.


“That is true.”


“They are all working for him! He paid them to ignore the situation and just accept what was going on!” he snarled out loud.


“Sir do you think a staff of 120 would lie for such a crude crime?” the officer cocked a brow up, “Whatever the case is Mr. Boris as soon as we get a statement from the young man we shall contact you.”


“I understand and officer thank you very m.”


Boris went crashing down as he felt a hard impact on his face. The officer stood in his place his mouth open as he saw the dual hair hovering over the platinum hair.


“You fucking bastard. That was nothing. If I had my chance I would kill you on the spot. I swear I will make you suffer.” He glared down at the platinum hair for a few seconds and quickly turned around making his way towards the red head.


“Will you make me suffer the same way you made Wyatt suffer!?!” Boris called out in amusement.


Kai’s shoulders stiffen as he heard those words. He continued running.


“That’s right just run away from the truth! You coward! You abandoned the poor boy when he needed you the most. You let him suffer a horrible rape! You caused him so much suffering.” He stood up and began un-dusting his clothes. “ Did you enjoying seeing the poor boy having a cock shoved up his ass?”


The dual hair stopped in his tracks, his fists tightening as he heard the platinum continue talking.


“In reality you haven’t suffered at all. You deserve to suffer the most!” he called out in anger as he stared at the dual hair’s back. “You don’t deserve him! You don’t deserve happiness you fucking deserve to die! You hear me!?”

“Please sir that is enough.” The officer tried to calm the young man up.


Kai did not even turn back; he started he pace again and made his way towards the crowd where Tala stood.

“What do you mean we can’t see him? We are his friends!” Tyson yelled at the nurse sitting behind the desk.


“Young man please keep you voice down. And like I said before he is right now being observed by the doctors and only family can be in with him.”


“Lady we are like family! Now let me in!”


“Do I have to call security on you?” she glared up at the blunette with annoyance.


“Takao come on let’s calm down.” Raul gripped on the blunette’s arm and began to tug him over towards the chairs.


“Stupid hospital rules! Gah!” he roughly sat himself down.


“They said he is alright, just exhausted. Let’s just wait and see what happens.” The Spanish boy looked over at the blunette who still had a bothered look on his face.


“Raul!” the two turned over to where his voice was called.


Running into the waiting were two worried older men. The orange head quickly made his way towards where the two were.


“What happened? Is Rei okay?” What did the doctor say?” he had his hands tightly gripping the boy by the shoulders slightly trying to shake the answers out of him.


“Uh we are not sure yet. He has been there for 20 minutes now, all the nurse told us was he fainted on his way over here. But other then that they haven’t spoken to us.”
The Spanish looked at the two who still had on their worried faces.


“Come on Brooklyn we will ask the nurse.”


“Tch. Good luck that lady is a real bitch.” Tyson just glanced over at the woman and then quickly looked away.


“Well it doesn’t hurt to ask again.” Brooklyn moved away from the two young boys and followed by Jin they made their way towards the information desk.

“You sure you rather not wait inside?” the red head look over at his friend.


“…” Kai held his head down as he gripped his hands tightly together.


“Raul will call me as soon as the doctor comes in and talks to them.” Tala leaned back onto the bench.


The two sat, their view was the entrance of the hospital. The doors opening and closing nonstop as people walked in and out of there. The red head glanced once again towards the dual hair and frowned. Kai did not say a word all through out the trip down to the hospital, in fact he expected the dual hair to drive them both down to the hospital but Kai told him to drive instead.


“You know whatever he said back there is not true.” Tala’s gaze went back to the entrance of the hotel.


Silence. There was still no reply coming from the dual hair, causing the heart of the red head to race. He knew how easily emotional Kai gets when he hears anything about Wyatt.


“I never imagined you getting so emotional…all my life I knew you as this angry and anti-social guy.” Tala rested his head back his gaze following the white clouds up in the blue sky.


“Hn”


“Hell you never even once shed a tear. At times I thought you were robotic.” A small smile formed on his lips, “I guess even the most cold hearted person in the world can shed a tear or two.” He glanced over at his friend who had his face now buried in his hands.


“I couldn’t do anything…I just watched as Wyatt cried while that guy raped him,” he whispered softly into his hands.


“I’ll go get you some water.” Tala stood up and left the dual hair alone. “ But he never hated you” he said to himself as he walked inside.

After an hour the doctor finally came out to speak to the group. He cleared his throat as he gathered them around.


“Doctor how is he?” Brooklyn looked at the white haired doctor with worried eyes. He never imagined himself being so attached to a student.


“The boy is doing well, he is extremely exhausted, and he is resting at the moment. He should be back to normal in a few days…unfortunately I do not know about his emotional state…” the doctor checked his clipboard again.


“What do you mean?” Once again the orange head asked the question.


“Well we examined him and it looks like he has been violated several times.” He looked at the group who all held shocked expressions.


“Your joking right? For a second there I thought I heard you say he was raped.” Tyson spoke at the man with a look of worry and amusement mixed in his face.


“I know this must be a shock for you all, but that is what occurred, his body is not only exhausted by the lack of food and water but also by the many harsh raping his body has endured. I cannot say how many times on how many days he endured it but I can tell you it was more the once or twice.” The doctor adjusted his spectacles and looked at them again with an apologetic look on his face.


“Thank you doctor. Can we see him now?” Jin asked with concern in his voice.


“Not today, he really needs to rest, please come by tomorrow he might be up to guests by then. If you need any more questions answered feel free to contact me.” With that the doctor excused himself from the small group.


“That sick monster…Damn him!” Tyson gave out a shout slamming his fist hard into the wall.


“Takao please calm down…” Raul placed his hand over the blunette’s shoulders.


“He’s right lets go, we can discuss this later. “ Jin began to move the rest out of the way leading them towards the front doors.


Tala saw them and quickly made his way towards them. “Hey did the doctor come out yet?” He looked at them and frowned as he saw all their shocked faces. “Raul what happened?”


“Come on Tala we can discuss it back at campus.” Brooklyn tried to push him towards the exit.


“Whoa! Did the doctor see you guys or what?” he stared at them all. “Raul?”


The Spanish boy gave a tiny nod. The red head waited for a reply.


“What happened? Is Rei okay?” his face began to form into a worry look.

“He is fine…its just Tala the doctor told us that Rei was raped…raped several times.” Raul looked at him with hurtful eyes.


The red head’s eyes widen as he heard the word ‘rape’ escape the Spanish boy’s lips. This was not happening, he must have heard it wrong.


“What?” it was the only word that escaped him.


“He was raped by that fucking bastard…” Tyson snarled softly.


Tala couldn’t accept it, not only did the poor raven hair suffer such a horrific experience…but what about Kai? It wasn’t selfish of him to think about the dual hair. He also felt horrible for Rei who had to suffer such an experience but how will Kai take it?


Wyatt was raped in front of Kai’s eyes, he wasn’t able to do a thing about it, and finally when he was able to help the one he loved the most this had to happen. Kai wasn’t the strong guy anymore he was not a fragile person. What will happen when he hears that Rei was raped…that he wasn’t able to help him at all either?


“Please don’t tell Kai…don’t let him know”


“Hell he needs to know! He needs to fucking know and go kill that monster!” Tyson snapped out loud.


“Please I said! Don’t say a word! Not yet…I’ll tell him, but just not yet. Promise me!” He looked at them all.


They all looked at him in a confused state. They did not know why the red head suddenly snapped out and said such a thing. But the look in his face told them that perhaps they should promise him such a thing.


“We won’t say a word.” Brooklyn spoke for them all.


“Thank you.”

“You better tell him fast, Rei might tell him if he asks.” Raul looked at his lover with a worried look.


“Tell me what?”


They all looked over to their left side and saw the dual hair making his way towards them.


“What’s going on? Tell me what?” he looked at them with a serious look.


“You guys go on ahead, I need to talk to Kai.” The red head nodded at them all.


They did as he asked them and quickly left the two.


They stood there in silence as the red head slowly began building the courage in him to tell his best friend the truth.


“What happened? Did the doctor already talk to them?”


“Kai he is doing fine. He just needs some rest that’s all.” He tried hard to give the dual hair a reassuring smile.


He stared at the red head with doubt, he knew Tala was lying, after hearing what they were discussing he knew there was more to it. It made him worrying. He wanted to run inside and see Rei. He wanted to make sure everything was fine. Even though he felt the raven hair on his body in the room earlier, it still felt like a dream.


“No really he is doing fine, the doctor said he just needed some rest.” He patted the dual hair’s shoulder. “Come on lets go and rest too, we can see him tomorrow morning”


“I want to see him now.”


“We can’t the doctor said he needs to rest. Don’t worry you will see he will be just fine tomorrow morning.”

Tala began walking ahead of him. “What are you hiding?”


The red head stopped. He knew Kai would never accept that. He was afraid to tell him the truth.


“Tala what don’t you want to tell me?” his voice became more demanding. “Tell me now!”


His body flinched hearing the tone of voice that was emitting from the dual hair. He knew he could not avoid it any longer. He had no choice. And even if he didn’t tell him now Rei would have told him.


“You’re not going to like it…” he kept his back facing the dual hair.


“Tell me then?” he kept his gaze hard and serious.


Slowly Tala turned around to face his friend. His eyes held pain and worrying in them, Kai saw it.


“I’m sorry Kai…but…” he bit his lip, how was he going to break the news that his lover was raped? He knew the dual hair was not going to take it well. If only they have never been in this sort of situation.


“Tala…please?”


“Kai I am sorry but Rei…he was raped…the doctor said he was raped throughout his kidnapping…” he held his breath as he stared as his friend.


No emotion was shown, it scared him, and the same look he had years ago before the Wyatt incident played over his face. His eyes cold, no light, no emotion, his whole look was scary.


Tala looked pained as he stared at his friend holding such a look. It was as if he were a statue.


“It is not your fault…” he whispered


Tears began to stream down Kai’s eyes, yet he held the same heartless emotion.


“Wyatt…” escaped his lips.


Tala quickly ran to his friend and embraced him. He felt his body trembling as he stood in his place.


“It is not your fault…” was all he could say.


He was scared now…he did not know what Kai would do. He did not know what the future would hold for them. He was scared; he was scared what Kai would do next. What will he do? He only embraced him tightly as thoughts like these raced through his mind.

An update an update! And such a short update!!! I am soooo sooo sorry for the long wait and such a cheesy chapter…seriously I think I lost it. Well I hope you enjoyed the short chapter.
