Chapter 8
Rim: A new year and a new chance to try and finish my fan fics. Hopefully, the plan that I created can get this story out the way so I can just write and update Emotionless Tomorrows.
Akito: The minute you update Emotionless Tomorrows is the day I get along with Kanzaki.
Kanzaki: You’ll never get along with me even if she updates or not, so you should probably recant that statement. So, shall we move on with the story?
Rim: Probably so, I’d like to see something finished today after all.

Zeo’s eyes widened, seeing Tyson braced over Max, who had his back arched up off the bed as the bluenette above him rammed his erection back into him, the sound of Tyson’s balls slapping against Max’s ass filled the air along with the moans escaping both their lips. Tyson lowered his hand to Max’s erection, cum seeping from the slit, sliding down the tip, mingling with Tyson’s sweaty grip.
“Tyson…” Max moaned his back arching up as he pressed himself against Tyson even more. His head was tossed back in an expression of pure ecstasy and bliss.
“Max…oh god…” Tyson screamed as pulled out and flipped Max onto his stomach, the blonde arched up like a cat as Tyson reentered him, gripping Max’s waist and pounding into the blonde with no hint of stopping anytime soon.
Zeo backed away from the door, biting his bottom lip to keep from making a noise. He never knew…then again…Kai had warned him that day. He told Zeo that Tyson only had eyes for Max. He just figured that Kai was trying to get his interest off of Tyson; he had no idea that Kai was really warning him about Tyson and Max’s relationship. Maybe the two had faked the whole alcohol thing to be alone.
Squeezing his eyes shut, Zeo turned from the scene, about to dash down the hall back to his room, but he stopped. Turning back around for just a second, he closed the door to the room as quietly as he opened it, and then rushed back to his room. Shutting the door behind him, Zeo slid down to the floor, tears trickling down his face as he gasped for air to counter his rapidly shortening breath.
“Why…why was I such an idiot?” Zeo sniffed, placing his head on-his by now-drawn up knees and encircling his arms around them. Tears trickled down his face, regardless of the shut eyes. “Why didn’t I…why…?”
He couldn’t face Tyson or Max now that he knew their secret. He would feel foolish and jealous all at the same time. Of course, he really was a fool. All those times that he mistaken Tyson’s kind as more was nothing more than kindness itself. Tyson had never liked him, or knew that Zeo was in love with him. All he had ever saw Zeo as was a friend, complete opposite to Kai.
Kai…
No…Kai wanted Rei. Zeo bet that Kai was just playing around with him when Kai said that the only person he wanted was Zeo. All night the only person he had eyes for was Rei. Zeo was really nothing but a fool, he was making nothing out of something, and that’s what got him in trouble with his situation with Tyson.
“I am such a fool,” Zeo mumbled. “Such a stupid fool…”

Kai was pushed back on the bed in Rei’s room, moaning as he felt Rei’s hand delve into his pants, grasping his cock and beginning to stroke feverishly. Kai tried to sit up, but Rei continued to pin him down with his body, pushing down his own erection into Kai’s crotch. Kai pushed his tongue into Rei’s mouth, licking at the top of the black haired teen’s mouth. Rei moaned his encouragement at the move.
“Rei…we should…” Kai said, breaking the kiss. Rei looked down at Kai, licking away the saliva that trailed between them. Gold eyes locked with auburn ones in a flare of lust. “We should talk…”
“We are talking,” Rei purred. “This is the only type of talking that I’ve wanted to do with you since we first met. You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to be with you Kai.” Rei leaned back down, licking at Kai’s lips.
“Rei…please…” Kai moaned. “I really think that we need to talk about this.”
“There’s nothing to talk about,” Rei said, moving his hand faster. Kai’s hips arched up, gripping Rei’s shoulder. “Kai…”
“Rei, please,” Kai said, moving Rei’s hand from his pants. Pushing himself up, he looked Rei in the eye. “Rei…I think that we should really that about this before we take this step.”
“What’s there to talk about?” Rei said, crawling into Kai’s lap and licking at Kai’s neck. Pushing up aside the shirt that Kai was wearing, Rei leaned down, sucking at Kai’s chest. The black haired teen moved his hands down to pinch at the taut nipples. “You want this, and I want this, so there’s nothing more to talk about.”
“Rei…please…” Kai gasped.
“Come on Kai, you really want it,” Rei grinned.
“Rei stop,” Kai pushed Rei off him, looking the black haired teen in the eyes. “We really need to talk…about this and everything.”
“If you really insist,” Rei said, moving back to sit on the bed, resisting the urge to jump back on Kai. Rei watched Kai reach over on the nightstand and pick up a glass. Pouring water from the pitcher into the cup, Kai turned back to Rei, offering the glass to him. Rei smiled, taking the cup away from Kai and drinking some. Moving the glass from his lips, he handed it back to Kai who placed it back on the table.
“Rei, I was surprised when Zeo told me that you liked me,” Kai started, his eyes watching the other carefully. “I’m honored that you feel that way about me. You and the other Bladebreakers mean a lot to me.”
“But…” Rei said, feeling as if Kai was telling him that there was no common interest between them. “You don’t like me in that sort of manner, is that what you’re going to say Kai.”
“No,” Kai said.
“What?” Rei blinked surprised.
“I’m not going to tell you that I have no interest in you. I have plenty of interest with you, Rei,” Kai grinned, moving to push the Chinese Bladebreaker back on the bed and moved over him. He locked eyes with Rei, seeing the lust flaring back up in his eyes. “You have no idea how much of an interest I have with you, do you?”
“No…” Rei said, trying to lean up and kiss Kai, but the dual haired leader of the Bladebreakers continued to hold him down with a grin. “Kai…”
“Don’t say a word,” Kai shushed. “I want to tell you something important.”
“What is it?” Rei questioned huskily. Kai leaned down to Rei’s ear, listening to Rei’s heavy, ragged pants of anticipation.
“I’m already in a relationship Rei,” Kai said. “I still have an interest in you, but right now, I have to get out of my relationship with this other person. Do you understand?”
“Who is it?” Rei said, as Kai pulled back, straddling Rei’s waist.
“It’s not a good time for you to know,” Kai said.
“But maybe if I know them, I can talk them out of their relationship with you,” Rei tried to reason.
“It wouldn’t do good if they knew that you knew about the relationship,” Kai commented, noting that Rei’s eyes were becoming heavy. He watched the neko-jin rub his eyes, trying to keep them open.
“But…maybe I can talk them out of it,” Rei murmured.
“No, it’s best if I handle this on my own,” Kai said. “You should get some rest Rei, you look tired.”
“I’m fine,” Rei argued.
“No, you’re sleepy,” Kai said. “I think all that excitement as got to you. You should get to sleep.”
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Zeo lifted his head from where it was resting on his knees at the sound of the knock on the door. Listening to the sound, he wondered who the heck it could be. Maybe it was Kenny or Rei coming to find out what he was up to. No…maybe it was Kenny, Kai and Rei were probably too busy with each other to bother. Maybe it was a maid coming to find out if he needed anything. If he didn’t answer the door, the person would go away, he didn’t feel like dealing with anyone right now anyway.
“Zeo…are you still up?” Kai’s voice passed through the door, drawing Zeo’s attention. What did Kai want? Zeo was surprised that he wasn’t with Rei. He had been making eyes at the neko-jin more than half the night. “Zeo…?” Maybe he shouldn’t answer…then again…he wanted to talk to Kai. Apologize to him about being so weary towards Kai’s warning.
“Kai…” Zeo sobbed against his well.
“Zeo…what’s wrong?” Kai questioned, concern in his voice.
“Kai…you were right,” Zeo sniffed. “Tyson and Max…I thought you were just…”
“It’s okay, I understand,” Kai interrupted.
“I was such an idiot,” Zeo said.
“You’re not an idiot,” Kai assured.
“Yes I am. I thought Tyson wanted me, but that was just a lie. I created that fantasy in my head, I thought if I dreamt hard enough, it would be true. But, it’s not. You were right, he was with Max. His eyes are only for Max. I was just foolishly dreaming,” Zeo said miserably.
“Zeo, it’s not your fault that he doesn’t see you,” Kai said. “He’s blind.”
“You know…when you talk like that…it makes me…it makes me happy to hear someone say that, but shouldn’t you be with Rei. You and him are going to get together aren’t you?” For a long moment, there was a short pause. “Kai…?”
“Yes,” Kai said. “Rei’s really nice, and I think that we can build a good relationship over time.”
“Oh…” Zeo said, his voice falling into a hushed tone. “I’m happy for you.”
“Zeo, there’s someone out there for you, you just haven’t met them yet,” Kai said.
“Yeah…” Silence fell between them for a long time. Kai standing outside the door doing who knows what, while Zeo leaned with his back against the door. Thinking about how easy it would have been if Kai had still liked him. If Kai had showed more enthusiasm for him, like that day he told Kai about Rei. He wouldn’t feel like he was the world’s biggest fool right now.
“Hey…Zeo…” Kai finally said, after some time had passed with him standing on the other side of the door, whilst Zeo had his self pity going.
“Yeah…Kai…”
“How much do you trust me?”
“What?” Zeo tilted his head to the side, frowning at the question.
“How much do you trust me?” Kai repeated.
“What sort of question is that?” Zeo questioned.
“Just tell me,” Kai said. “How much do you trust me?”
“Well…I’m telling you my thoughts and how I feel, so I trust you much. I don’t think I would really talk to Kenny or Rei at a time like this. I guess…it’s because I want you to listen to me. When you told me a couple of days ago that I was the only one that you wanted, I didn’t want you to be serious. I thought you were just messing around with my feelings.”
“I wouldn’t do that,” Kai said. “Not to an angel like you.”
“It’s not nice to talk like that when you’re going to have a relationship with someone else,” Zeo informed, listening to Kai chuckle at the comment after it was made. “Really it’s not.”
“I guess it’s not. So, do you…Zeo…trust me enough?”
“Trust you enough for what?” Zeo wondered.
“Open the door and I will tell you,” Kai stated.
“You’re getting odd on me Kai,” Zeo shook his head, yet curious to know what the hell Kai had up his sleeves. Pushing himself up from the floor, he brushed off his clothing, turning to the door. Disengaging the lock, Zeo pulled open the door, only to find a clothe pressed to his nose and mouth. A hand on the back of his head pressed his face more into the clothe with smelled of ammonia.
Looking up, Zeo caught the look of a mad man within auburn eyes as he struggled to free himself. Eventually his struggle grew less and less, Kai being strong than him anyway. And after some time, he’s eyes rolled to the back of his head, his body going limp, but Kai caught him, hauling the body into his arms, staring down at his prey. Removing the clothe from Zeo’s face, he let if fall to the floor, he would have Arumi get someone to get it up before the others awoke the next morning. Turning his eyes downwards at his unconscious angel, a wicked grin curled his lips into a malignant smirk.
“Do you trust me enough to make you forget all about Tyson and accept the destiny that was planned out for you when we first met?”

Rim: Kai’s a crazy ass now! Drugging his team mates and chloroforming his house guests, tsk tsk. What’s going to happen next?
Kanzaki: Knowing you, any and everything.
Akito: Now that you’ve finished this chapter go to bed before you won’t have much of a mind to write the next chapters, and finish this out for good.
