Moving On

Author\'s Note: This story is Yaoi, Yuri and HET friendly. So if two men banging, two women banging or two people banging upsets you when put into the context of Gundam Wing Fandom DO NOT READ THIS STORY. I like to stand for the Love is Love no matter if who you love.
I\'m also writing this as a DTS story. Which is Defy the Stereotype. I was at they\'re website today and decided I should write something in there honer so here it is. They have no idea that I\'m doing this but I\'m dedicating this to them for there efforts to change peoples outlook on the characters of Gundam Wing.

Warnings: 4xD Which means QUATRE AND DOROTHY!!!! If this bugs you don\'t read this story. But I sincerely hope you\'ll give it a chance. There\'s is mild swearing and the story is a get together fic. As to who is supposed to be getting together is all up to you to figure it out. There\'s is also a lime between Quat and Doro so you are warned there as well. I think that\'s all for this chapter. If I forgot something... I warn you about that as well!

Chapter One

The meeting hadn\'t gone as she had originally planed, all the world leaders were in an up roar about the change in a new political leader for the L2 Cluster. Not really for that reason but the fact that the original agreement that they\'d made with Ventcent Vangree had been turned down by the new leader. What upset Relena was the fact that no one new who the new leader was. Why hadn\'t he made himself known yet?

This was the other reason why her World Council was all upset, the new comer had turned it down without letting them know who he was. He\'d said he\'d meet them for the meeting between the Space Council and the World Council. If she didn\'t know better this was something that the piolet of Shinigami would do.

\'He\'d probably even have a cheeky grin on his face as he told his secretary to send the message.\' She thought with a smile.

The door to her limo opened bringing her out of her thoughts and she was greeted by no other than Quatre Reberba Winner. Her light blue eyes widened as she stared at him and a large elated smile spread across her features. The blonde man was the perfect person to see after such a meeting. Quickly getting out of the vehical she embraced the Gundam piolet of Sandrock.

\"Quatre, how nice to see you today! What brings you here?\" She asked as she pulled away.

\"The meeting of coarse brings me to Earth, but I\'m here to see you Miss Relena.\" He replied in his usual kindness and edicate.

\"Quatre when we\'re alone I expect you to just call me Relena.\" She repremanded softly.

\"Forgive me?\"

\"Always.\"

With that the two hugged again enjoying the fact that they were together once more. Pulling away from Relena Quatre smiled kindly and offered his arm to her. Relena took it and they walked away from the limo chatting about numerous things that had happened since their last departure.

\"So how is Trowa these days Quatre?\"

\"He\'s dating someone his sister knew a few years back. I guess he came to see her and Trowa and him hit off great. His sister, ofcaorse, couldn\'t be more happy for him.\" Quatre replied.

\"Really? Does he seem happy?\" Relena asked with real awe and concern.

\"He certainly seems to be to me.\" Quatre shrugged before continueing. \"I\'ve never seen a smile like that on his face. So I\'ve decided to like this guy for now.\"

\"So you haven\'t met him yet I asume.\" She commented.

\"No, but his name\'s Ray Sanchez, you know, the Space leader of L3 cluster Joben Sanchez\'s son.\" Quatre said trying to sound like he hadn\'t just dropped a bomb shell on purpose.

\"You\'re kidding!?!\" Relena all but shrieked in shock.

\"Nope, I wouldn\'t jest about such a thing.\"

\"He sure does love people of power doesn\'t he?\" Relena joked.

\"Ha, Ha! He sure does Relena!\" Quatre laughed.

\"So what else has developed while you were away?\"

\"Well,\" He paused not sure how to tell her. \"I\'m dating.\"

Relena\'s eyes grew a little before she replied. \"Who?\"

\"You know her.\" He hedged.

\"Tell me right now Quatre Reberba Winner or I\'ll be forced to become un-peaceful.\" She threated hands on her hips.

\"It\'s Dorothy Catalonia!\" He shouted and winced waiting for her shocked shriek.

\"What!?!\"

\"You heard me.\"

\"Since when, and why was I not imformed? Better yet why didn\'t that get onto the newspapers?!\" She questioned him.

\"We\'ve been doing it in secret. Only seeing eachother when there was mee-\"

\"How do you hide the fact that two councleman are dating? Exspecailly when one is my neiboring country leader and the other is the L4 cluster Leader?\" She interrupted.

\"Like I was explaining, we only see eachother when there is meetings that the two of us are present at. We are planning to tell the councle at the next meeting and see what they think should be done. As long as it has nothing to do with breaking up.\" He finshed.

\"Where is Dorothy? I know she\'s here now.\" Relena seethed.

\"In the mansion waiting,\" Relena began to storm off after finding out her where abouts. \"For you to burst in and yell at her for not imforming you sooner.\" Quatre finshed yelling after her.

Dorothy took her tea from the silver platter that Jeeves had brought in thanking him with a nod. Sipping her tea lovingly she stared out the large window looking out into the garden where she watched Relena storm away from Quatre and smiled. Any minuet now Relena would come and demand explanations that she herself couldn\'t explain. The whole thing had just happened out of nowhere.

During the war she hadn\'t particualarly cared for the man that pioleted Sandrock. Even after their duel she\'d found him less apealing than before. Though she had to admitt she owed him and Trowa a great deal of thanks for making her realize she was aloud to feel things. During the Marimea incedent she\'d grown fasinated by Change Wufei, even going as far as to admitt that she\'d had a crush on him. Before that she\'d been in an obsessive love with Relena herself, because she imbodied everthing she felt she could never obtain and she was the opposer of everthing she thought was beautiful, the war.

Yet for some unforeseeable reason, after three years, after becoming a World Leader. When she laid her eyes on the blonde surrounded in his air of confidence she became very aware that, out of nowhere, she was attracted to him. It had been at a party that Relena had held for her and her new statis as her equal. All the world leader\'s were there and so where the Space Leaders, and ofcaorse the usual rich were present as well.

He had been standing there, five women standing around him trying to get his favor, in his white uniform that all the Space Leaders wore his golden medlas and heroic medalions glittering in the chandiler light. The first thing that had come to mind was hot damn! His platinum hair only long enough to pull back in a pony tail in the back, his bangs framing his sea green eyes. He was polightly listening to the ladies and commenting back, but was showing no true enthusiasium for the ordeal. So she\'d just walked over and did what she did best, butted in and stole the floor, making Quatre notice her and only her.

After the dinner party Quatre had been his gentlemanly self and had walked his dinner partner to her room. The two chatting away as they went. Dorothy remembered that night fondly, smirking over her cup as the memories came to her. Once they\'d reached her room she\'d asked him to accompany her in, not expecting him to except. Yet Quatre had kindly taken the offer, and once inside all proper anything was left behind the closed door in the hallway. The next morning she\'d awoken sleeping on his naked chest feeling quite elated about the whole ordeal.

Not to mention she\'d glanced under the covers to make sure she hadn\'t imagened seeing what she had the night before. Sure enough it had been exactly that and she\'d been smirking like that ever since when she thought of that first morning.

\'He was, and still is, the best damn lover I\'ve ever had.\' She thought to herself.

\"How dare you not inform me sooner!\" Relena bellowed as she walked into the room. \"I\'m your best friend aren\'t I!?\"

\"How nice to see you again, please sit down and have a cup of this wonderful-\"

\"Answer me first.\"

\"Yes you are my best friend Relena,\" she sighed. \"But I didn\'t want to tell you because it was fun and exhilerating doing something so secretive and-\" Quatre chose that time to walk in and she sent him a sly look before continueing. \"Decidedly naughty.\"

Quatre\'s cheeks pinked slightly as he glared at her, Relena stared with her mouth opened. Dorothy supposed it had something to do with the fact that she just announced they had a sex life. Quatre sat down next to her and deftly picked up a cup and sipped the tea, a contented smile spreading over his features. Relena finally got ahold of her senses pulling in her features and sighed grabbing ahold of a cup as well.

\"So, maybe I should ask how long the two of you have been together.\"

\"Since the party celebrating my triumph of becoming a world leader.\" Dorothy replied without skipping a beat.

Relena choaked on her tea coughing slightly, Quatre looked at her sympathetically. Dorothy just smirked, it was a rare thing to catch her off gaurd and she made it her life goal to do it as often as possible.

\"You could be a little less brash dear.\" Quatre whispered to her.

Dorothy chuckled lightly before repling, \"You know I can\'t do that. That\'s why I let you be the initial one to tell her about us. I would have been just a little to blunt.\"

Quatre smiled as he thought about how blunt Dorothy really was about numberous things. Relena looked between the two trying to come to terms with the truth.

\"So it\'s true then. The two of you are...\" She left it open not wanting to word it wrong.

\"In love I do believe.\" Quatre answered in all his infinate edicate.

\"I see.\" Relena sighed before she smiled at the two. \"So when\'s the wedding?\" She asked out of the blue.

Dorothy and Quatre both choaked on their respective cups of tea. Relena just smiled at them as if she really hadn\'t done that on purpose to see them choak.

\"Well,\" Dorothy began after she cought her breath. \"Revenge really is a bitch isn\'t it.\"

\"Dorothy you really shouldn\'t-\" Quatre went to repremand.

\"I guess it is.\" Relena interrupted taking a sip of tea, the two women sharing a smile.

\"I\'m doomed.\" Quatre groaned.

Later that evening found Quatre and Dorothy alone in their newly aquired room in Relena\'s masion. Quatre was still wearing his rose colored shirt but it was unbuttoned and haging about him, his brown kahiks the only other thing that he was wearing as he stood out on the balchony watching the sunset. Dorothy was wearing a black silk night gown the fabric and her hair flowing lightly in the breeze standing next to Quatre.

\"She took it well.\" Dorothy commented quietly.

\"To bad the Councle members won\'t be so understanding.\" Quatre replied sounding a little pissed.

\"We could just not tell them.\" She suggested.

\"No we\'ve been hiding it for a year now. I\'m sick of having to wait for the convience of a meeting. If I want to see you on a whim then Allah dammit I\'m going to. I don\'t give a shit who knows about it either.\"

Dorothy raised an eyebrown in amusement at his sudden spiteful mood. Then slithered her way between him and the stone banister surrounding the balcony, wraping her arms around the man she fell in love with.

\"Let\'s stop talking shall we,\" She said slowly undoing the buton of Quatre\'s pants. \"We haven\'t seen eachother for what,\" She paused listening to Quatre\'s sharp in tkae as her hand wraped around his member. \"A month?\"

\"Has it been that long?\" Quatre tried to say casually but was hendered by Dorothy\'s questing hand.

\"Feels like longer don\'t you think?\" She whispered into his ear while she squeezed teasingly.

Quatre groaned and began to back step towards the bed, wraping his arms around Dorothy and kissing her deeply. His legs hit the back of the bed, and she shoved him down onto it with one hand. With a smirk of satisfaction to have him once more at her mercy, after what had felt like ages, she crawled up over him and stradled his waist. Grinding into him teasingly she leaned down her blonde hair falling around them.

\"It never ceases to amaze me how indowed you are.\" She purred.

\"Dorothy must you bring that up?\" He questioned breathlessly.

\"Hm, yes I do.\" She said into his chest as she loved it with hands and mouth. \"It makes me happy.\"

Quatre had a retort to that but was quickly silenced by the down grind of his lovers hips into his own. With that silent command he gave up trying to hold a conversation and allowed Dorothy to do her thing.

Relena brushed her elegant fingers over the photograph taken four years ago, after Marimea had been released from the hospitol, and she\'d ushered everybody that was present into a large group photo. Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quatre, Wufei, Noin, her brother, Sally Po, Une, that girl Hilde, Dorothy, Jeeves, Marimea, Rashid, and herself. Sometimes she found herself wishing it was still the war. When she carelessly tailed Heero trying to watch him and find out why he was the way he was. Trying to figure out what the secret was to being that strong. Pretending that he was in love with her when the truth was he loved her like a sister he never had and that he was deffinately gay.

She sighed placing the framed picture back on the stand next to her recliner, and looked down at the closed book she had been reading. It was better this way, with no wars and the thought that the gundams were still around to stop any uprising like the Marimea incedent. That had only happened when word got arround that they were being disposed of, after that the Earth and Space agreed that it was best if the machiens satyed around until true Pacifism was accomplished.

Relena wasn\'t so optimistic to realize that would probably never happen, and knowing all those involved probably did to. It had only been worded that way for the people to be at ease with the fact that those powerful weapons were still arround. Just another half truth to keep them happy. She sighed again, the old days were much simpilar, if only because of her nievity.

\"What do you mean you did what I \"sugested\"?\" Duo yelled at the blue haired woman named Hilde.

\"I told them exactly what I told you only I didn\'t tell them who I was saying they\'d find out at the big meeting!\" She replied Cheerily.

Duo groaned rubbing his hand down and over his face in a frustrated manner. Hilde was a very political woman when it came down to things. She\'d gained money and acknowledgement through her junkyard, and had recently came into power through the people of the L2 Cluster. She\'d gained their trust and was not going to betray it by any means. Even if it ment vetoing an agreement made by the last reprsenitive of the Cluster.

Duo looked at her, his hand over his mouth, her blue hair and eyes glimmered in the artifical light of the office room. Wearing the white Uniform that indicated her postion with her medals glitering. She\'d been awarded a few for her help during the war and her continual help to the preventers as a double agent to weed out the crime bosses of L2. Even though she was now the Represenetive she was still Hilde to him, his boss regardless.

\"Hilde-\"

\"Duo don\'t start. I was planning on not letting them know who I was until the meeting anyway. But I had to inform them that my people did not like the the short end of the stick they were getting, including you. I have exactly what I\'m going to say already and I\'m ready for the debate. I will not leave that confrence room until are demands are met every one of them.\" She fished with an air of confdence.

\"I\'m glad I voted for you ya know that?\" Duo conceded.

\"Yes I do know that.\" She smiled. \"Now to tell you the other news I was told. Wufei is being sent here to be my gaurd.\"

\"What!?\" Duo shouted outraged.

\"They want you else where.\"

\"In other words they don\'t think I can protect my own selected Councle-woman and best friend.\" Duo commented grudgingly.

\"No origanlly they were sending Wufei to protect another, but he refused until he was re-asigned to me. He figured you would be more aproperate for the job than him.\"

\"Let me guess,\" Duo paused before continueing. \" Relena.\"

\"Yes. You know how those two don\'t see eye to eye about a great deal many things.\"

\"That\'s a nice way of puttin\' it.\" He dryly commented.

\"So they switched the two of you. Wufei suggested it because he knew you were better equiped to handle her, and he knew you wouldn\'t really mind in the end.\" SHe finished as though she hadn\'t been interrupted.

Duo was going to say something negative until he realized something and his eyes lit up.

\"Does he know that it\'s you?\"

\"No, all the papers say is the L2 Represenetive protected by you.\" She said with a smile.

\"Good deal. Neh Hil?\" Duo asked as he turned for the door.

\"Hm?\"

\"Can I at least stay and see his reaction to this revelation?\"

\"I\'ll see what I can do.\" She answered him.

Duo knew that to be an afirmative and left the room very happy indeed. He was going to see an old friend and watch as he was shocked by the fact that it was Hilde he was protecting. The two didn\'t hate eachother like Relena and Wufei did infact they were rather fond of one another. Yet not in the same way, Hilde had a crush on him, but WUfei just found her amusing to be arround. That and word on the grape vine was one Chang Wufei was completely and utterly off limits. Unless you want to wake up one mourning with your roof ripped off staring up the barrel of a double beam riffle.

Duo smirked at the thought, he\'d known there was sexual tension between them during the war and it was about time the two hooked up. Hoping ofcoarse that the rumors were true, if not he was going to try and get the two together. Maybe Relena would even help, she always seemed to be trying to hook him up with men she knew to be gay when he was arround. After the bomb shell that Heero was completely one hundred and ten percent gay, she\'d come arround to the ideal and started to play match maker, or so Quatre said.

Which brought Duo to another enigma. What the Hell was the big secret that Quatre wanted to finally tell him and the rest of the group? What kind of secret could Quatre be keeping from the tabloids that was so damn great to make Quatre leave him wondering like this? Duo glared at nothing at all as he walked out of the building and onto the streets people moving out of the way as they saw his Uniform of balck and red trim, the silver medals, and rank glittering in the grey rain like light. It was time to head home and finish packing.

Woot! I hope everyone likes this ideal. And as for the parings I\'m trying out parings that you rarely ever see. Namely Quatre and Dorothy and soon to be ... ? ... I can\'t let you know yet. I\'m also trying to write the characters a little diffrently than most people are used to reading. I\'m mean how often to you read about Relena being okay with Heero not with her even to go as far as to be trying to hook him up. Dorothy and Quatre altogether is a rareity, and Hilde as a polical master mind of the L2 Cluster?!?!?! I thought I\'d be nice and make sure that the woman of Gundam Wing are not harpies, or not mentioned at all which is found all to often in the Gundam Wing Fandom.
