Full Summarie: Rei finally gets to go to college, but with a hard deal from his father. He is only allowed to go if Rei takes the medical education and will later take over the company and step in his fathers footprints, and that is all Rei never wanted. His only true dream is to become a famous singer. He agree's with the deal but in picking a college he takes extra research for the singing part. He finds a good college and go’s, he will make his dream come true even if it is behind the back of his father, but when he is planning to do so he suddenly is interrupted by a boy gang that is determent to screw up his life and make his time on school a living hell, but when they do so weird changes appear that will maybe become a problem in the future, but for who?

First of all, my story is boyXboy, Yaoi, Shonen-ai, if u don’t like that then you shouldn’t read my story, this fic contains the characters from Beyblade, but they are not bladders. My main character is Rei Kon, the parings are in upper summary. The story will begin in normal story lines, later in the story there will be depression, suicide/attempts (if it ends up to a dead person I will not tell) but also alot of high violence. The ages of the most pointed characters that will be coming around in the story are is fallowed;
Rei and Raul are both just: 17
Kai, Tala, Brooklyn, Gerland and Miguel are all: 18
Brayen is: 19,
and max and Tyson are both: 23.
The singing teacher that will come around and will be named Ronin is: 22.

Rei is in his first year.
And Raul and Miguel are both in second.
Kai, Tala, Brooklyn and Gerland are all in third
Brayen is in his fourth
and the rest is no long educating.

Chapter 1

It was a sunny day, with just little bit of clouds in the blue sunny sky, a light breeze was blowing through the threes making a soft rustle sound. It was just the beginning of the summer and the first day of a new college school year.
There in frond of the school surrounding metal fence stood a young good looking guy, a guy with long raved black hair that reached all the way of the back of his kneecaps, he hade a well shaped body and his hair was tied back as usual. He hade big soft golden catlike eyes and a brown schoolbag hanging loosely over his right shoulder, he wore a black sweater that was zipped half up. Under that he wore a plain white short sleeved shirt, under that he wore a pair of simple pants that sat loosely around the legs, under those he wore a pair of white sporty sneakers and an silver mp3 in his right ear.
He hade a small smile on his face as he let out a soft sigh, he started walking forwards towards the big metal gate’s double doors. As he did so a pair of small group of students passed him, they where talking about school stuff and the sale that was out somewhere in town, he also noticed a lot of other students that walked alone, probably first years just like him. He reached out for the door handle and grabbed it.

‘if I do this I can’t turn back’ the raven hair thought. He made up his mind for good and pushed the handle down, opening the door and stepping in college territory the door fell shut behind him. His eyes widened when he saw the size of the open ground.

‘at least three football stadiums can fit in here!’ he thought with amazement of the sight. The school grounds where coffered with all sorts of threes all scattered over the place, and also perfect placed rows of bushes where growing everywhere. The path he stood on was a mix of small rocks and soft sand, besides all of the paths where big pieces of short green grass, he also saw some big beautiful fountains with benches surrounding it. Several light post’s stood there also but not many, it was mid day so they where all shut off.
Rei smiled lightly at the sight it looked so peaceful and calm, as he saw more groups of students, all spread around the place, they where talking to each other or playing a ballgame of some sort like soccer on the pig pieces of grass, they probably hade a hour free. The raven hair continued to look around as something shot his mind.

“aren’t I supposed to look for that school?” he asked himself now trying to see a building in his sight. But he saw none and so that draw a frown out of our raved hair as he continued to walk over the sand trail for his search of the school building.

After walking for like ten minutes he still hadn’t found it, he got a little frustrated and sighed slightly again.

“where is that bloody building.” he muttered. He ones again looked around but only saw threes and more paths to take, he walked over to a bench and sat down. He let his bag slid down on the ground as he leaned on his head on his hands who were supported by his legs, he looked down at the ground and closed his eyes.

‘maybe this wasn’t such a great idea after all.’ he thought.

“I’m never ganna find that building in this place!” he shouted out of his frustration and sat up yelling towards the sky, he sighed and lowered his head again in defeat.

“maybe I can help?” some one asked. The raven hair looked up to find a red headed boy standing there, he hade poison green eyes and he hade on some kind of Spanish looking outfit.

“uhh well that would be nice.” he said smiling at the Spanish looking boy. The boy smiled and offered a hand, the raven hair took it and stood up from the bench.

“my name is Raul.” the Spanish boy said.

“Rei.” the raven hair answered.

“well nice to meat you Rei, I presume you are looking for the school building?” Rei nodded and grabbed his bag off the ground.

“I’ve already been there so fallow me.” Raul said Rei nodded again and fallowed the redhead who already had turned around, they walked in silent’s for a wile. Rei glanced over to the redhead who was just walking with a small smile on his face.

“so, what year are you in?” the raven hair asked to try and break the silent’s.

“My first” Raul replied.

“How come you already know your way around here?” Rei asked questioning.

“well I have some good friends here, and I pay them a visit in the holidays and stuff so I already know my way around.” The Spanish boy said smiling to the raven hair.

“are you allowed here even if your not assigned?”

“of course you are, the school wants more people to join it so if you want you can come over and look around whenever you want”

‘man this is his first year here and he already knows so mush about this school, and here I come Rei Kon and I know nothing about this school at all. Jep this was a mistake’ they walked on until they finally saw a row of big buildings in the distance.

“one, two, three, four, five buildings!” Rei counted

“why so many!” he said again with eyes widened when they approached and the buildings became bigger and bigger.

“well this school has many, many students. And they all need a roof above there heads so.” Raul said a bit silly.

“do you know which building your in?” the Spanish boy said now looking at him.

“uhh…well….no” he said plainly and a bit nervous, “we don’t have to go of every room in all the buildings now, do we?” the Spanish one began to laugh out loud.

“what’s so funny?” Rei asked surprised.

“go of all the buildings! No no, we have a reception for things like that.” Rei blinked and nodded, the Spanish boy smiled in return and turned around. He also hade a school bag, a blue one with both rims over his shoulders. He waved the raven hair to fallow him and he did so.

They walked straight on for a wile and took a turn right, all the way on the end of the trail stood a building not as great as the others but big as well.

“this one?” the raven hair asked. Raul nodded and the walked on, the door went open automatically and they walked in seeing a counter with six misses behind it all working on a computer in rapid speed, the room was completely filled with students all standing in line in frond of a counter all asking there room number, which building, a key for there dorms and other things. Most of the students where first years, Rei blinked at the big crowd of students he looked to his right to find a smirking redhead.

“Why are you smirking?” the raven hair asked with a slight twitch.

“Because I don’t have to wait here,... and you have!” he said eyeing Rei with a smirk of joy,
Rei sighed “if you are a person with a hart you wouldn’t leave me here..” he said glaring a bit at the Spanish boy. Raul chuckled at Rei’s puppy dog eyes (or cat whatever you prefer =P) and sighed.

“ok I’ll stay..” Raul said finally after tapping his foot for a wile and trying his best to ignore the puppy eyes. Rei smiled widely.

“thanks”
Raul sheered up and smiled back.

“hey, that’s what friends are for.” he said walking to ‘what he thought’ was the shortest line and stood still behind a girl who was almost freaking out because she didn’t know where to go or what to do. Rei walked after Raul and stood next to him.

“you’re my friend?”

“sure” he said not looking at him but you smiling head on.

“no, I asked that because you said you were.”
Raul blinked
“am I not?” he asked what seemed a cover up look of surprise.

“uhh well I only know you for like half an hour and-“

“so you don’t want to be my friend.” Raul said and looked a little sad. Rei blinked and smiled softly, he lied both his hands on the Spanish’s boy’s shoulders and looked him directly in the eyes.

“I would like to be your friend so chill out.” Raul grinned

“oohhh thank you soooo muucchh o great Rei!” Raul said glomping the raven hair and acting like a childish child that just got his first Christmas present. Rei chuckled and pushed the Spanish boy of him.

Ten minutes passed, and there was just one slight of movement in the line, it was very loud in the room of all the students talking and phones ringing.

Fifteen minutes passed, and Rei was standing crossed arms tapping his foot, Raul was walking two steps right two steps left up and down.

Thirty minutes, again there was some more movement and Rai got a little cranky, Raul grabbed a small ball from his pocket and threw it up in the sky and catched it again.

An hour, and Rei was getting pissed of and was standing straight with his head down clinging onto his bag, Raul hade hidden the ball again and was staring at the neko with a chuckle.

TWO HOURS PASSED!!! The sun was going down outside and the sky hade a golden orange glow. Raul was staring at the raven hair with fear now because Rei looked like he was going to explode any moment now, a major vain was knocking on the side of his head and his eyes where spitting fire as we speak.

Five past 12 in the evening.

“IF I HAVE TO WAIT ANY LONGER I WILL SERIOUSLY JUST-“ Rei began shouting but was cut of by someone tapping him constantly on the shoulder, he looked around seeing the Spanish boy smiling nervously.

“WHAT?!” he shouted like he was participating the in the world tournament ‘shouting your longs out’ Raul looked like he was blown away and blinked.

“its our turn..” he said stuttering before dropping to the ground. The raven hair blinked and looked around seeing the counter with a blond haired miss behind it smiling friendly at him and the desk all clear for him.

Rei sighed deeply “finally, got time” he said low, he handed a hand to Raul and helped him up his feet.

“thanks.” the redhead said as the neko turned around with a smile and faced the miss behind the counter.

“Good evening sir’s, how can I help you?” she asked as politely as she looked.

“well I am new here and I would like to know where my dorm room is.” the Raven hair asked back as politely as her.

“building, room number and floor.” she said and ticked away on her computer.

“your name pleas sir” she said in the same friendly tone.

“Kon, Rei.” He said simply. She typed in his name and a new screen popped up with all sorts of names on it, his name was selected and she clicked in it.

“Kon, Rei. Your building is building E and your room number is 512 floor 5” she said politely.
The raven hair gulped “Floor 5? Number 512? Building E?” the Spanish boy pulled onto his arm and took him away from the counter, the line of people behind Rei was building up and getting edgy.

“Raul I have no idea where all those places are!” Rei said with a slight sound of despair as he slabbed his forehead (not to hard) “don’t worry, I’ll take you there.” the Spanish boy said smiling, Rei looked at him with cleared up joy.

“you mean it?”

“you bet ya” now Raul was cut of by Rei glomping him and acting like a child, the Spanish boy chuckled and tried to push the raven hair of.

They where walking over the path with there small bags hanging over there shoulders, it was already getting a little darker but not to much for the lampposts to go on. The raven hair sighed slightly again, and the Spanish boy noticed.
“what’s wrong?”

“ohh its just, one thing I still don’t understand now” the neko said looking ahead towards the big row of buildings.

“tell me, maybe I can help or something.” the redhead said looking to his right at the walking raven hair.

“well its just, why are we doing all those hard things to get to our room when all our stuff is send ahead to our dorm rooms anyway, why not drop us off there to..” he said and sighed with a chuckle. The Spanish boy couldn’t help but laugh again.

“you really are a weird one aren’t you” Raul said sniffing his nose.

“no, I mean it” Rei said putting his arms behind his head wile walking.

“ok I’ll explain, when your stuff arrive here there are special people of every building who bring them to your dorm because they have a list of names and stuff.” The Spanish boy spoke.

“so I could just ram myself into my trunk and.. ugh forget it” he said and accepted his defeat. They walked in silent’s for a moment until Raul broke it.
“so, which education are you taking?” the raven hair suddenly stopped walking and didn’t move, he hade a complicated look on his face that the Spanish boy couldn’t explain. Rei looked down to his feet and kept silent.

“what is it? Can’t you say what education your taking?” the redhead asked with a rather frowned look on his face.

“ahh c’mon! if you can’t say it i will find out sooner or later!” the redhead said and digged his hands in his pockets and kicked a small stone on the ground, he to looked down now. The raven hair looked up and saw the mocking redhead which made him give a small smile of amusement, he found that Raul hade been great to him today and must be the same in the future.

“Raul, my parents want me to take the medical education” he said with still a faint smile when the redhead looked up.

“a doctor?” he said and blinked his eyes.

“you don’t look like a knife type a guy to me…” the raven hair smiled truly to the redhead and continued to walk to the buildings.

“and you Raul, what education are you taking?” he asked wile the redhead catching up with him.

“well I am taking the music education, I’m very good at playing the drums.” the redhead said with a big smile, Rei’s eyes suddenly looked like they pulled away and he picked up the passé of walking. The redhead felt something was wrong and he ran in frond of the raven hair making him stop in his tracks.

“Rei tell me what’s wrong, I don’t know if you act like this normally but I feel something is wrong.” the Spanish boy spoke and not receiving an answer. Raul sighed and lowered his arms, the sky was darker now and the moon stood at the night sky shining in all its pride. The light reflected in Raul’s poison green eyes giving a little spooky affect, Rei opened his eyelids and showed his golden catlike orbs, they where bigger and also with some hurt scattered deep inside of them.
“I will tell you, but not now.” he said and looked at the redhead who just accepted the answer.

They finally reached the long line of buildings (all of the 6 buildings stood awfully far apart) and looked over to the right were all the way there is building A

“well your building is E so it must be somewhere on the left” the Spanish boy said pointing from the right side to the left side.
“no shit Sherlock..” the raven hair said with a small smirk on his face.

“and what building is yours?”

the redhead smiled wickedly “block C so I don’t have to walk as mush to school as you do” he said proud and they started walking more to the left passing building C that stood next to the path that leaded to the school (at least the board sign that stood there said so..)

“no fair..” he said glaring at the redhead. Raul showed his tongue as they walked on and reached building E

“well here it is, floor 5” the redhead said. He stood before the double doors who slided open, the raven hair walked in and the Spanish boy fallowed, letting the door slide shut behind them. It was way calmer and quieter here then in the reception house, all the students where probably already in there dorms. They walked to the elevator and stepped inside, Ray saw that the building hade 6 floors. He pushed the one with number 5 but the door’s didn’t close jet.

“btw, Rei never trust the elevator’s in the dorm buildings.” the Spanish boy said trying to sound wise.

“why?” the raven hair asked surprised

“they don’t crash do they!” Rei said clenching onto the rail of the elevator wall. The redhead chuckled and waved in frond of his nose like he was trying to get rid of some bad smell.

“no silly, these elevators get broke at the ‘most not wanted’ times and then you have to walk up the stairs all the way. They break a lot of times so, take a lot of exercise” finally the doors slowly started to close, the raven hair let go of the rail and glared at the Redhead.

Suddenly the elevator door’s where held back by a hand stuck between it just on the last two sec’s, the door started to slide open again revealing another redhead, this one had ice blue eyes that stood narrowed and in the conclusion of his look not to be messed with. He hade pale white skin and he wore white pants with a white sweater. When Raul saw the guy he immediately took a small step back and looked down at the floor, avoiding eye contact with the stranger. The new redhead walked in the elevator with a look that could turn anyone into ice, he pushed on the level 4 button and the doors closed again. The raven hair blinked at the Spanish’s boy’s actions, he wanted to say something but he could tell at Raul’s body language that it wasn’t the time, Rei glanced over at the redhead who just stood there staring at the elevator doors like a frozen statue. The raven hair frowned slightly and got it that this guy was better not to be messed with, when it was silent for a few sec's it became more and more uncomfortable and he wanted to get away from that person, but he didn’t know why maybe it was the first impression he got from the guy, and that was negative. The elevator finally reached level 4 and the doors opened, the icy redhead stepped out and he walked away straight ahead. The doors started to close again, but before the where fully closed Rei saw the pale skinned redhead looking around and looking directly into his eyes. When the doors where shut it felt like a heavy burden was relieved from the raven hairs shoulders, he sighed and looked over at Raul who looked a little pale himself.

“R-Raul? who was that?” the raven hair asked suspiciously when he remembered those blue ice cold eyes. The Spanish boy said nothing for a wile.

“no one” he finally spoke and the elevator doors opened again at floor 5.

Raul stepped out and walked on past room 489.

“C’mon lets find your room” the redhead said, it was clear that some of his normal joy in his voice was washed away after the meeting with the other redhead. Rei nodded and fallowed the Raul down the hall, room 503. Rei wanted to know who that guy was, but Raul didn’t seem in the state to talk about it right now.
510 he would ask him later, tomorrow maybe, if he could ever find him again in the big mass of students, classes and way to much open space.

“room 512.” the redhead said. He digged in his pocked and pulled out a key.

“here is your room key, go inside and go to bed. Its already 01:30 and classes starts tomorrow afternoon 12:00 sharp, your bags are already inside so don’t worry” Rei looked at the Spanish boy with a faint smile

“Raul i-“
“, ohh and your schedule will lie on the desk downstairs tomorrow, just ask the miss behind the counter. And-“ the Spanish boy was cut off when he found himself trapped into a hug, he blinked and was let go.

“Raul, thank you so much. I just know you for one day, but you have already helped me so mush. Thank you” the raven hair looked at the redhead with and honest smile, the redhead was a little blown away by the sudden action but then smiled in return.

“your welcome, I’ll see you tomorrow” Raul said as he walked away down the hall giving a goodbye wave, the raven hair waved back as he saw Raul disappear into the distance.

‘what a great guy, I’m glad I met him’ the Neko thought.


He turned to his door and did his key into the lock, turning it right and clicking it open he pulled the key out and opened the door. He walked in and closed the door behind him, it was dark in the room and he couldn’t see a thing, he did two steps forward and bang!. The raven hair was lying with spread legs and face for onto the ground, he didn’t move only his left leg and right hand hade a few twitches. he groaned and rubbed his head.

“whata hell?” he muttered and got up his feet again, carefully not to trip again he moved back to the door in search for the light switch. He found it and clicked it on, when he looked to the ground he saw his trunks (two) lying both fallen onto the ground.

“who puts luggage in frond of the door?” he asked himself.

“no matter I’ll deal with those tomorrow” he looked around and saw his dorm, the living room was of a normal size with a sofa, a TV a small table, two chairs, a radio and a DVD player. He looked to his right and saw also a normal sized kitchen with all the things you really NEED in them, there was no wall separating the living room from the kitchen. All the way on the left side of the kitchen was another door, the bathroom, all the way at the right side of the room was another door, it hade to be the bedroom. he walked to it with his luggage’s and he opened the door, he saw also a normal sized bedroom, it contained a one person bed, a nightstand, a small wardrobe, and a desk with a computer on it. He hade a good big sized window with white curtains in frond of it and a nice few. He smiled and dragged his stuff to his wardrobe.

“I’ll unpack in the morning.” he said and turned away and dropped himself onto the bed, he let out a sigh and turned to his back. He stared at the ceiling with his golden catlike orbs, the reason that the raven hair came to this college was to get away from the pressure going on in his home village. When he told the village elders that he wanted to leave the village they got pretty mad at him, they wanted him to stay and let him live in the way that is traditional for a village offspring. In his village things went strictly on rules, it was a small village and not very modern. His parents where never around, they where always away for business and stuff. He wanted to leave that place but never hade the courage to tell them, when he finally spoke to the got made and wanted him to talk to his parents about it. What they would say they would agree with.
The raven hair sighed on his bed as he remembered how he felt that night he heard the answer from the elders, he knew that he hade two options then.....

Rei stood in a big wooden room, it was light outside, mid day and the room was completely empty accept for three old looking man with white beards and all wearing a kimono. The neko walked up to the elders and sat down on his knees before them, he bowed and looked up straight in the eyes of the man who sat in the middle. He was the leader of the village and would approve him to leave or not.

“Rei, you wished to speak to us?” the middle man and probably the oldest one spoke.

“yes sire” the raven hair said hesitatingly

“I would...uhh…I would” he bit his lower lip trying to find the good words, he was only 17 and the older man was almost reaching is 100, he was very wise and he would listen none the less, but he wanted to let the man know he was very capable of tending for himself even at this age, what in the eyes of the elders was way to young.

“come on boy, speak. You wanted to talk to us, and now is your chance.” The middle man spoke with dignity again, us usual because he always did and with that pulled great respect from people. The raven thought how he should start

‘ugh if I’m ganna fuck this up then let it be on my usual way’ he thought and he wanted to slab himself over the head for it.

“well uhh sir, I wanted to talk about.. my staying here.“ the neko said and looked the man in his eyes with all the motivation he could still bring up at the moment.

“your staying here?” the man repeated.

“yes, I have lived here for 17 years now and I want to take control of my own life. So I am asked u permission to leave this village and start in a college.” The raven hair said with still the same motivation in his eyes and now also voice.

“Rei, we have known you for, also as you say, 17 short years. We where there from the first moment you took a deep breath from the air around you. No, if we could say the answer it would be no. your are still to young and are not even an adult, for your chances out there in the real world, you don’t have a clue how to go around there.” The man said harsh and breaking in hard on the neko’s dignity, because of telling him all what he isn’t now and for the raven hair it felt like he should be.

“but sir I am no child anymore, I can take care of myself as I have shown to you many times before!” the neko said with more sound in his voice.

“yes you have, and we really are proud of you but, you are to young and inexperienced to go in the world out there!” the man said and stood up now from his seat.

“but” the neko said because of all he could think of.

“our answer is no, but.. we have no right to keep you here. Your parents go about that, but they gave us the autorotation as parents over you because they couldn’t raise you. We say no and that is final until your parents say different and we will agree with that matter.” The neko stood up and turned around, he stormed out of the wooden dojo leaving the elders behind letting him go and run out his frustration.

‘why?! Why?! why?! WHY?! Why won’t they let me go!’ he shouted hard in his mind as he ran on over the dusty sand path, he went through the village pas wooden houses with people sitting on the ports

“I can’t take this for much longer!” the raven hair screamed in frustration as he ruffled his hair during his running. Out one of the houses a boy as old as him with also black hair but shorter, and catlike eyes with a small fang sticking out of his mouth came out and as he heard the shout, he saw the neko running and went after him.

“Rei slow down!” the fanged boy shouted,

“Lee stay out of this!” he shouted over his shoulder as he continued to run, the fanged boy hade a sad look but Rei didn’t want to talk now, he ran harder to speed out his friend. He reached an also wooden house and he ran inside, smashing the door shut behind him. he ran to the end of the hall and the room on the left. That door he also smashed shut behind him.

he kicked a bag on the floor and sat down in a chair his head leaning down forth. He couldn’t believe it, the elders knew his parents where never home and there for wouldn’t even know that he wanted to leave this place. He sunk away in his thought and didn’t hear a knock on his room door. The lion boy walked in and sat down in the neko’s bed that was opposite of where Rei was. It was silent in the room and only the sound of birds singing was heard, the lion watched the raven hair as he still sat there with his head in his hand staring at the floor. Worry was written on the lions face and he wanted to help his friend, he hade known him for his entire life and he knew when something was wrong.

“Rei, did something happen?” he asked the neko who didn’t move or gave an answer to his friend. The lion sighed softly, it was always hard to get an answer from the neko if it was an case that he didn’t want to talk about. If it was hard to consume, he just buried deep inside of him and bared it, holding it in and taking a heavy burden on his shoulders. The lion didn’t like it when his friend did that, he always acted like nothing was wrong and just was his normal self but after a few years he noticed Rei was different when something ‘not to good’ happened. He was more distend from the rest of the group he and the lion hanged out with. It always nagged on his mind until other things came to his mind and he just forget all of those things, but deep inside still remembered.

“Rei I know something is wrong, c’mon tell me. It won’t help if you keep it in and don’t want to talk about it” ’I’m sure you found out about that by now’ the lion thought at his remark. The raven hair finally looked up, the look in his eyes was kind of mad but it was all blank. The lion was a little startled by his look of empty emotion.

“Rei are you..”

“get out” Rei interrupted.

“but.” The loin stuttered.

“get out!” the raven hair repeated now with a more raised voice, his hands became fists and tensed up. The lion knew he was unwanted now and stood up, he glanced at the neko who just sat there but the negative energy was beaming of him like it was. He walked back to the room door and opened it he went through it and almost closed it but stared at Rei for a moment. ‘
Rei pleas don’t hold it in’ he thought as his look softened as the raven hair sighed softly, he could see the frustration at his body language but he couldn’t help the boy because he refused to take it. Without the will to continued trying to rip answers from the raven hair, he closed the door and left the boy in a dark room swallowed by his own thought.


He opened his eyes revealing his catlike golden orbs, the room light shined in them as they opened more. He looked around and found himself still in his chair, he hade fallen asleep without knowing it and it hade become night outside. He raised from his chair and stretched a little catlike before walking to his room window looking outside, he hade forgotten his trouble for a moment but it shot back immediately when he saw the dojo where he spoke the elders earlier. He hade to find a way to talk to his parents, if it was only just for a moment it would be fine. He leaned against the window and sighed. Suddenly his eyes widened and his mind was cleared up by the light of an idea.

“why not call! I have there cell phone number’s and there mobiles are always on!” he thought out loud wile a smile appeared on his face. He walked away from the window and walked to the other side of his bed where he lowered to his knees, he looked under the bed and saw the bag he kicked aside earlier when he marched in pissed of. He grabbed it and stood up sitting on his bed edge and looking at his black backpack he held in his hands, he zipped open the frond zipper and dug his hand in. he withdraw it and he held a silver Motorola RAZR V3c (A/N: look on internet for a picky if ya wish) he pushed the frond up and dialled the cell phone number of his mom, she would be most likely to understand because his dad always was in charge of everything and sometimes she didn’t agree, but she hade to just adjust to it and go along because dad made it final and that’s it. The number was completely dialled and stood bright on the small phone screen, his thump hovered above the green button. He thought again and pushed it, he raised it to his ear and waited.
Biep….biep….biep….biep. what if they didn’t answer what would he do? Just wait for a moment and try again or-

\”this is Mrs, Kon speaking.”\ the neko held in his breath for a moment, he hadn’t heard the voice of his mother for such a long time that he almost hade forgotten it.

\”hello? If this is a prank I will give this number to the cops and they will trace it! I am a very busy woman so-“\

/”mom its me!”/ the raven hair finally spoke and creating a painful silents.

\”Rei?”\

/”Yes mom, its me..”/ the raven hair spoke softly. Again it was silent at the other side of the line, the neko could hear the woman sigh and move around some papers.

\”Rei what do you want?”\ the woman finally spoke when the silent’s was getting on her nerve. Rei was slightly pushed back by his harsh answer.

/”aren’t you glad to hear something from me?”/ he asked slightly hurtled by his mother, not giving a little more effort to let him know that she even cared a little for her son.

\”ohh Rei…I’m so sorry, I’ve missed you so much. I’m just a little stressed out at the moment and haven’t slept or eaten well lately?”\ she said now with a more motherly voice and made the raven hair a bit worried.

/”Mom.. is dad pushing you again?”/ he asked with a slightly lower tone.

\”no dear, don’t worry. Why do you call me at this time? At yours it is midnight and sunset at ours so something must be on your mind. What is bothering you sweetie?”\ she said and getting more and more motherly by the minute. Rei sighed and thought for a moment, he stared at his dark room wall wile tightening his grip around is small phone.

/”well mom… I would like to talk to you about something..”/ he said his voice trailing of.

\”that’s what I thought, well tell me I’m your mom and you can tell me everything. You know that..”\
she said now softer, Rei’s mom sat behind a desk in a office with a lot of paper work before her and a small red phone against her left ear. She hade long straight black hair with a purple glow and tied back in a high pony tail. She hade catlike purple eyes and her lips where red of lipstick, she hade on a dark blue woman’s suit concluding a skirt just above the knees and a matching jacket with a white blouse under it. Rei sighed and fell back on his bed his eyes staring at the ceiling

/”I know.”/ it was silent at both ends of the line again

\”ok rei, tell me your story.”\ she said softly, on the other side at his mother the ticking of a clock was clearly hireable and the neko was sure he would become mad if he stayed in that room for just half an hour with only that clock was clearly hireable and the neko was sure he would become mad if he stayed in that room for just half an hour with only that clock.

/”you know mom, I became 17 two weeks ago..”/ the neko said calmly

/”and I didn’t hear a thing of neither the both of you.”/ he said now with his eyes more narrowed and his mother felt extremely uncomfortable.

\”I know, but we both where very busy at the moment and.. that is no excuse…honey I’m so sorry-“\ misses Kon was interrupted by her son.

/”mom I want to go to college.”/ he said fast and convincing. Again it was silent.

\”but honey your only just 17 and.. well I don’t know if your father will approve..”\ she said now chewing slightly in a pencil.

/”then give me dad on the line!”/ he said now louder.

\”I’m sorry but he is in a meeting and I am not allowed to interrupt in this case.”\ She said now more in a business tone, Rei felt his hope of getting a soon approval if he could go getting closer and closer to hit rock bottom.

/”but.. I really want to know if I can go to college..”/ the neko said almost in a whisper, at the other end of the line a soft sigh was heard again.
\”I’m sorry son, I really wish I could-“\ she was interrupted by a door opening, at least that was what the raven could make from it.


The creaking sound of the door opening and closing was followed by a voice of a man, a voice the neko knew well.

\”Kyra? Who is that on the phone?”\ the male voice spoke.
\”why won’t you ask yourself.”\ she said holding the phone in frond of a tall man with short black hair with also catlike eyes but his where way more dark, he hade on a dark blue suit that fitted his perfectly around his well shaped body. He was tall and handsome with a powerful look of leadership, Rei said nothing but only listened very carefully to what happened at the other end if the line. It sounded like the man took a hold of the phone and brought it to his ear.

\”Kiyoshi Kon here who is this?”\ he said demanding and very harsh, the tone the raven boy hade only know his father to speak ever in his presence.

\”It’s Rei.”\ the raven hair finally spoke when he thought that his father was planning to hang up. It was silent again, it was a long one and Rei didn’t have the nerve to speak worrying he would say something stupid because he didn’t knew the mood his father was in and with that ruining his chances to get out of this crappie village he so badly wanted to get out of. He heard his mother speak in the background.

\”aren’t you going to speak to our son?”\ she said and the raven hair wandered if his father was even going to say a normal ‘hello’ or just hang up.

\ what do you want?”\ he said harsh and it surprised the raven hair that he gave the same answer that his mother gave him, they both must be very busy he thought slightly but his mind was working overdrive and he desperately thought of a good thing to say or at least something that his dad could work with.

/”I want to go to college.”/ the neko said it before he could think it over again and realised that it sounded a little to demanding for his own comfort and didn’t mean good.

\”so you want to go to college ej, well son your only 16 and-“\

/”I’m not 16 anymore… I became 17 two weeks ago and I’m perfectly capable of caring for my own. I already talked to the elders and they agree to let me go if you two give me permission.”/ He said maintaining the determination in his words.

\”maybe I should let you go, but..”\ Rei felt a lump forming in his throat he knew there must be a catch behind such a quick agreement.

/”yes?”/ he said no with les determination.

\”I want you to do the medical education and take over our company and step in my footsteps when I think you are ready.”\ the raven hair squeezed his fists and his teeth grasped together.

His father knew that Rei never hade any intention of taking the medical education or taking over the company, the neko always hade a golden passion for the art of singing. Rei loved to sing and giving more meaning to the words he filled his surroundings with. But his father never ever agreed with that, he always said;

‘if you ever think my son is going to throw away his life with such nonsense your deadly wrong! I will put a stop to this! Mark my words!’ he always shouted to the person who was being positive with the raven hairs singing, and if his father ever caught the neko singing he would hit him, but he could never stop Rei from expressing his passion to the world around him. When his parents left they gave the elders the parenthood over him and also the warning that Rei wasn’t allowed to sing. Rei always disappeared sometimes out of sight from the grown ups and went to a peaceful place where he could practise his singing talent and over the years he only became better and better. But in all of the years he was stuck in this village he almost never came in the big city, the place he always wanted to go to but was never allowed. Now at the beginning of his 17th year he hade enough and he wanted to get out.

/”you want me to take the medical education… and take over the company… but if I do that, can I go?”/ he asked questionably, the raven hair thought he heard a soft snicker at the other line and his fists became white from the pressure.

\”…yes.”\

it was silent for a moment, the raven hair would do anything to get away from this village.. anything.

And not even 5 days later Rei was on his way towards the college where he signed up, he only hade 7 days left to get there. He hade signed up months ago because he planned on leaving, if they would let him go or not.

The raven hair shot open from his memory and looked around in his new dorm bedroom, Rei smiled to himself. he was finally out of that dusty old village, and good for him he hade done some good research about this college. Except for the medical education there was a more creative one, like music, art, acting, and singing. With the last part he was very pleased and determent to investigate more about that part. He knew it wasn’t going to be easy to go around in this school but he was fully motivated to do so. He rolled to is side and curled up to a ball, he closed his eyes and smiled.

‘finally, finally I’m out of there’ and with a smile curved on his lips he drifted of to a peaceful sleep.
