The door silently openned and pain-filled cobalt eyes(1) met prussian. A small smile covered Duo\'s lips as a gun was pointed at him.
\"Heero,\" he breathed faintly. \"I always knew you\'d be the one to kill me.\" A tear slid from his eye as he whispered, \"thank you.\" Duo closed his eyes and his pain-wracked body relaxed.
Heero stared at the rasping body of his closest friend and saw the stress in Duo\'s features and posture. His gun lowered minutely with the need to comfort him. Catching himself, he leveled the gun. \"No more pain Duo. Goodbye.\" And shot.

(1) Duo has cobalt coloured eyes and Heero has prussian officially, so I stuck to the facts.
